There’s just something about this vest! Quilted with rows of stacked unfinished fabrics. Soft, with a nice weight to it. Unique color palette of black, rust and blue. Wear it over and under everything you got. 

Quality A. Lovely well constructed vest in great shape. Two rips lovingly repaired by previous owner, see photos. These sweet little patches, which match the fabric, just make me love this garment more.
