This unique 100% wool puff sleeve winter trench is from 1970s Japanese designer Louis Joone. Restored by yours truly. Can be worn open or enclosed. When closed, has a stand up collar. No other fasteners present. Personally, I love jackets that fasten at the neck and chest and are open below… If you love this, buy it before I keep it for myself.
